Clients reviews about US1 Air Conditioning

I highly recommend US1 Air Conditioning! Before closing on my condo in the Brickell area of Miami, I knew the A/C unit was over 20 years old, so I started researching replacement companies well in advance. I contacted several vendors, but US1 Air Conditioning stood out from the very first conversation. Kathy was outstanding. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. The communication over the three-month process was excellent. When it came time for the installation, the team arrived on time, completed the work exactly as promised, and left everything clean and organized. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I only wish every contractor in every industry operated with the same level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service. Thank you, Kathy, and the entire US1 Air Conditioning team! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for an A/C replacement. You did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. ~ Eran G
